Log Home Finishing - Thomas Elliott and crew from Fairplay in Park County, Colorado traveled to Steamboat Springs for a log home restoration project.  This log home was never chinked and the finish had failed causing rot on the logs and insect problems in the log cabin.  Walnut shell media blasting was used to remove old finish and prepare the logs prior to applying finish.  Sashco Transformation finish in Browntone Light was applied to the logs with approximately 3 coats.  Logs and checks in logs were sealed with Sashco Conceal Textured caulking in browntone to seal this log home near Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
